The ECA Big Rock Workshop features a full presentation of group results for calendar year 2024, delivered in a unified P&L and balance sheet, including a ‘deep dive’ review of financial ratios key to our members’ success.  Members will be grouped by like size, customer type and installations.  All participants will be assigned a company number to assure individual confidentiality.

In addition, Big Rock participants will be able to compare results to current industry averages, obtained by Beacon Exit Planning specifically for the workshop.

Each Attendee will receive:

• A copy of their individual ratios
• The entire ECA Big Rock Membership Report, allowing you to compare your results to the high, low and median performance of the group and industry

Results will be presented by Joe Bazzano of Beacon Exit Planning, followed by a ‘deep dive’ discussion of each ratio and performance.  The workshop will be fast-paced, interactive, engaging and fun!  Our goal is for each participant to take from the workshop a plan to implement ‘best practice’ changes, resulting in maximum financial performance of their companies.
