We recommend making your hotel reservations at The Courtyard Dallas Allen at the Event Center. The hotel is just north of Dallas and within walking distance to dozens of shops, retail stores and restaurants throughout The Village at Allen.
You are free to stay elsewhere, but we are providing transportation to and from SRS from The Courtyard Dallas Allen and encourage you to take advantage of it.

Arrival and Departure
Plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 30. This will give you time to check in and catch the shuttle to SRS. Shuttles depart at 11:30 AM; lunch is at 12 PM and the workshop begins at 1:00 PM.
Schedule your departing flights beginning Thursday, May 1, after 2:00 PM.
Air Travel
Use either Dallas-Fort Worth International (DFW) or Love Field (DAL). DFW is closer by about 3 miles; the travel time is almost the same, with both airports being a 30 minute drive.
Ground Transportation
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport. The drive from either DFW or Love to the hotel is roughly 30 minutes. We recommend using Uber, Lyft or a taxi.
We will provide shuttles from the hotel to SRS and from SRS back to the hotel on Wednesday and Thursday.

Attire
Dress is business casual for all meetings and casual for evening events.
Weather
The weather in McKinney, TX this time of year is really nice. Plan on 70’s during the day and cooler evenings.
